Sauce Athletics "Sauce Factory" is a state-of-the-art training facility in Buford, GA. The Sauce Factory occupies over 10,000 square feet. The Sauce Factory includes a 2,000 sq. ft. strength and conditioning area, a dedicated 50x50ft HitTrax cage, four additional cages, and a dedicated pitching lane. We aspire to be one of the most technologically advanced baseball/softball training facilities in the south.
Using HitTrax, Trackman, and Blast Baseball, Sauce's instructors are able to make informed, mechanical changes to dramatically increase any player's production. All of our instructors are specifically trained in the Sauce methodology of hitting and throwing/pitching. Our parents and players know they are the top priority of our instructors. Our facility management and recruiting software, StatStak, offer players an advantage in tracking, gathering, and sharing data across millions of data points to rank athletes across the country.
