Head Coach Experience:

Played Collegiate and/or Professional.

Coached high level travel ball

Assistant Coaching Experience:

Played Collegiate and/or Professional

Played and/or Coached High Level Travel Ball.

Coaches Must Have the Following Experience and Skills:

• Can throw

  Batting Practice

• Skilled at Hitting a Fungo

• Can run a productive pratctice with a practice plan each week (2-3 times per week)

• Understands how to effectively manage a game.

• Understands where to place players effectively during game scenarios

• Has excellent communication skills through GroupMe and other tools with parents

• Ability to motivate players to play hard, while making sure players are having fun and enjoying developing

• Takes constructive criticism and takes ownership when the team and/or players don't perform

• Ability to mulit-task in the middle of a competitive game and think ahead, from calling pitches to adjusting the line-up, to having the next pitcher warmed up and ready.

• Comes to practices with a practice plan and games with a preparred line-up.

• Job Type: Contract

• Pay: per week dependent upon experience (tiered pay based on experience levels)

• Schedule: Evening shiftWeekends as needed
