Brice played college baseball at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, where he gained invaluable experience in teamwork, discipline, and the importance of maintaining peak physical fitness. Additionally Brice played minor league baseball for 2.5 years. These formative years laid the foundation for his future endeavors in the fitness industry for the past 23 years.
After his baseball career, he transitioned into the world of fitness, starting at a renowned big box gym. He immersed himself in various training methodologies, acquiring extensive knowledge in speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and sport-specific training. He firmly believes in a holistic approach to training, emphasizing the importance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. His training programs are meticulously tailored to suit each client's unique goals, challenges, and aspirations, ensuring optimal results and long-term success.
As a personal trainer, he harnesses an innate ability to inspire and motivate his clients. By trying to create a supportive and encouraging environment that empowers individuals to push past their limits and unlock their full potential.
